Description and details of activities * Participate in the planning, execution, and documentation of fixed asset inventory, and its reconciliation with accounting records and Foreign Trade (Annex 24\). **Main responsibilities:** * Physical verification of fixed assets in different areas of the company. * Identification, labeling, and coding of assets. * Reconciliation of physical inventory with accounting inventory. * Reconciliation of physical inventory with Foreign Trade (Annex 24\). * Assist in preparing reports and analyzing discrepancies found. * Collaborate in implementing procedures for asset control and tracking. * Document the process and generate a final inventory project report. Experience and requirements * Currently enrolled student in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or related field. * Intermediate Excel skills and basic knowledge of accounting or finance. * Intermediate English level (desirable). * Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
