**OBJECTIVE** Coordinates inspection and quality evaluation activities of finished products across the various existing product lines. Develops and maintains necessary procedures within scope, and upholds manufacturing system quality standards, ISO standards, and FDA standards as applicable. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Responsible for implementing the company's quality system guidelines, including training others in the application of procedures and use of forms: training, communicating new regulations, documentation changes, and similar aspects. * Supports the development and maintenance of the procedures manual to comply with process quality standards and follow-up on customer complaints, as well as participating in continuous improvement initiatives. * Responsible for supporting the development and updating of procedures to meet and maintain internal and international standards. * Conducts internal audits to verify documentation and effective implementation of procedures, as well as follow-up audits to verify the results of corrective actions. * Coordinates continuous improvement efforts across all company departments in response to internal audit results, as well as corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). * Supports various departments in the development and improvement of quality system documentation. Distributes controlled copies of new document versions, removes obsolete versions, and maintains custody and control of originals. * Responsible for reporting quality system performance using the company's standard reporting process and developing new reports as needed. * Interacts with other company departments to discuss quality standards and align criteria for specific customer quality requirements. * Participates in product or process validation to document changes and improvements within the process. * Coordinates preparation activities for external audits to achieve or renew company certifications. * Provides feedback to management during follow-up meetings. * Carries out any activities, processes, or requests assigned by their direct supervisor according to their position. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * 3 to 5 years of experience * Advanced English proficiency * Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, ISO, FDA, or similar standards Job type: Full-time Application question(s): * What is your level of English?
