Interactions are primarily limited to the immediate work unit. * Uses routine test or diagnostic equipment. Capable of learning and using software tools. * Receptive to mentorship from peers within the technical community. Participates in developing new approaches and techniques to achieve continuous improvement across all work processes. * Documents specific job-related activities such as electronic design, modifications, data collection, calibration, and Design of Experiments (DOE) data. * Capable of interpreting schematics, procedures, engineering drawings, and written and/or verbal instructions, including test procedures. * Operates in accordance with corporate, operational, and divisional policies, procedures, and practices, adhering to established business ethics.
