100% on-site job in Mexicali, Baja California. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in the development and execution of automation work plans. * Ensure the creation of electrical diagrams (preferably using E\-PLAN). * Program and/or configure control devices and components: industrial robots, vision systems, servo motors, drives, HMIs, and PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Omron, or others). * Carry out testing and commissioning of automation equipment according to project requirements. * Install and commission equipment on-site with customers. * Properly document developments, changes, and configurations made to systems. * Provide technical support and basic customer training on system operation. **Technical Requirements** * Proven experience in PLC and HMI programming within the automation industry. * Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related field. * Programmable Logic Controllers (Keyence, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, Siemens). * Robot Programming (Epson, ABB, Fanuc, etc.). * Vision Systems (Keyence, Cognex). * Knowledge of industrial networks (Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, Modbus, etc.). * Proficiency with PLC programming software (e.g., TIA Portal, RSLogix, CX\-Programmer). * Advanced English (technical conversation, documentation, and support). * Valid driver's license. * Valid visa and willingness to travel nationally and internationally. **Soft Skills** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Teamwork and good communication with customers. * Autonomy and responsibility in project management. * Results-oriented with commitment to deadlines. **We Offer** * Monthly gross salary * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory benefits. * Continuous training in automation technologies. * Opportunities for growth in high-tech projects.
