




Job Summary: Monitor and record incidents, maintain logs and records, and prepare reports on risk situations in the workplace. Key Responsibilities: 1. Incident monitoring and recording 2. Risk report preparation 3. Workplace area maintenance 1. Inspect CCTV materials and equipment upon entering the workplace and report any anomalies. 2. Monitor and record in the database any incidents occurring during operations. 3. Maintain logs and records. 4. Keep the workplace clean and organized. 5. Promptly detect and report deficiencies, omissions, or failures in established procedures for the table area. 6. Prepare reports or follow up on risk situations or significant events within the facilities or related to table operations.
