




Faculty Member for the Course In this role, you will be responsible for imparting knowledge and training productive individuals who add value to society and strengthen UVM Mexico’s culture. Your work will align with our global mission, generating impact in academic excellence, etc. Your main challenges: * Design learning experiences that facilitate deep understanding of content and strengthen students’ professional competencies. * Plan and conduct dynamic, participatory sessions to increase engagement and academic performance. * Assess learning through diverse and objective tools to promote continuous improvement and critical thinking. * Collaborate with academic coordinations and other faculty members to align course content and ensure curricular coherence. * Implement effective communication strategies with students to foster guidance, clarity, and timely resolution of questions. * Integrate digital and technological resources to enhance the quality of the teaching–learning process. * Monitor academic indicators to identify areas for improvement and propose sustained enhancement actions. * Participate in academic or educational innovation projects to contribute to institutional development and elevate the educational experience. Essential requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field · Minimum 2 years of experience. · Technical competencies: educational platforms, tools, or methodologies. · English language proficiency level B2. Desirable: · Bachelor’s degree certificate and professional license (mandatory) · Master’s degree and/or doctorate (desirable) · Teaching experience · Strategic thinking, innovation, collaboration, service orientation, analytical vision.
