Manages human, material, and time resources for proper production execution, monitoring key indicators to enable decision-making through leadership and empowerment of their team of collaborators. **Description** --------------- **Education** Industrial Engineering or related field. **Functions and Responsibilities** Ensure personnel work in a safe environment. Ensure product and/or process quality meets established standards. Human resource management. Ensure production planning meets customer requirements. Management of scrap and consumable products. Promote and implement improvement projects and teamwork within their area. **Required Experience and Skills** ---------------------------------- **Skills and Competencies** English language proficiency at 60% or higher.
