Req ID: 76750 **Responsibilities** -------------------- PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Directs and coordinates multiple wafer fab operations required in the production of semiconductor integrated circuits. Specific areas of responsibility may include, but are not limited to, wafer fabrication, assembly line maintenance, equipment engineering, process engineering and chemical mix activities. Establishes production schedules based on product requirements and material supply. Manages budgets for equipment expenditures and direct/indirect labor. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.**Description** --------------- * Responsible for managing resources of the assigned area or operation, focused on achieving objectives and ensuring the defined production plan is executed within required safety, quality, and volume parameters; distributing workload across the area. * Manages human, material, and time resources for proper production execution, monitoring key indicators to enable decision\-making through leadership. * Key responsibilities: * Ensure personnel work in a safe environment. * Ensure product and/or process quality meets established standards. * Personnel management. * Meet production requirements. * Promote and implement improvement projects within the work area. * Request risk assessments, report and follow up on accidents, incidents, and findings identified in the work area. * Lead root cause analysis, layered audits, and ensure area conditions meet requirements for external audits, all focused on quality. * Education: Completed degree Skyworks is proud to be an equal opportunity employer supporting diversity in the workplace.
