Job Description and Activity Details * Reviews and analyzes the information in the system about the client's requirements and inventories to generate work orders. Confirms that order information is correct in terms of part numbers, quantities, and start and expiration dates, and subsequently records them in production control files. Send work orders to be filled. * Defines the sequence in which work orders will be processed according to the client's requirements, seeking a balanced production mix and based on the priorities that are defined. Complying with the delivery date defined for each work order, following the first\-in\-first\-out rule, and also considering reports such as backorder, on hand exceptions to sales order quantity, and shortage reports. * Ensures that work orders are supplied with material. Once the materials are supplied, you receive them and verify that all the information is correctly documented. Once documented, it releases them to be sent to the production floor and continuously monitors them, if necessary, expediting some order(s), until it is sent to the customer and enters the Finished product inventory. * Create purchase orders in the system (for the product and process that applies), based on the information obtained from production and reviewing the system. Once created, it sends them to the supplier for processing. Subsequently, they follow up to ensure that the dates are met and that there are no subsequent problems regarding price and/or quantities. Maintains contact with suppliers.
