Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring product quality, developing work instructions, and supporting manufacturing personnel to meet specifications and standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance with product specifications and ISO/IATF standards. 2. Support and certify manufacturing personnel and supervise daily operations. 3. Collaborate with customers, technicians, supervisors, and engineers. * Directly responsible for ensuring that only products meeting required document specifications are delivered to customers. * Develop inspection work instructions and release forms. * Perform tasks in accordance with policies, procedures, and work instructions related to ISO/IATF and safety requirements. * Support manufacturing personnel and inspectors in defining acceptance and rejection criteria. * Evaluate and certify production personnel on key processes. * Demonstrate strong teamwork skills, interacting with customers, technicians, supervisors, and engineers. * Supervise daily operations within the area, organize the work team, and provide direction and guidance. * Monitor the production plan and assign tasks throughout the shift to ensure personnel always have assignments and to maximize cell efficiency. * Ensure personnel perform their operations in accordance with work instructions.
