Orderly and clean work environment **Job Description** **Overview:** The packer is the operator who masters the boxing, decartoning, and piggyback processes. The packer is responsible for separating, assembling, labeling, sealing, wrapping, packing, and other activities involving various components of surgical trays as required. **Primary Responsibilities:** * Responsible for receiving the components required to assemble the requested kit * Comply with applicable procedures * Maintain a clean and orderly work area * Leave storage locations clean and organized * Participate in activities and programs required by the company * Contribute to personal and company safety * Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices **Required Knowledge:** * 1 year of experience in the medical industry (preferably) or similar * Experience working in the boxing area * Experience working in the decartoning area * Knowledge of the Piggyback process **Skills:** * Ability to follow operational instructions assigned by supervisor * Dynamic * Disciplined * Ability to work under pressure **Education:** Secondary school.
