Job opening focused on comprehensive human resources management within industrial/manufacturing operations, emphasizing personnel administration, labor compliance, and organizational development.
Key responsibilities:
* Administration and calculation of payroll incidents.
* Loading and tracking of payroll in the Nomipaq system.
* Recruitment and selection of direct and indirect staff.
* Monitoring of medical leaves, IMSS procedures, severance payments, and indemnifications.
* Implementation and monitoring of Mexican labor regulations and NOM-035.
* Development and coordination of training programs.
* Tracking of training hours and employee file monitoring.
* Delivery of non-technical internal courses.
* Monitoring and analysis of HR metrics: turnover, absenteeism, headcount, training hours, and time-to-fill vacancies.
* Handling and resolution of labor conflicts.
* Confidential handling of employee information.
Required profile:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources.
* Preferable experience in aerospace, maquiladora, or metal-mechanical industries.
* Solid knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and labor processes.
* Proficiency in Nomipaq and Microsoft Office suite.
* Experience in payroll administration and incident management.
* Leadership, effective communication, and results-oriented mindset.
* Teamwork capability and personnel management skills.
Working conditions:
