




Job Description and Responsibilities The Process Engineering Manager is responsible for defining, implementing, improving, and standardizing manufacturing processes for communication cable production, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, delivery, safety, and productivity requirements, and guaranteeing that processes are robust, documented, and aligned with applicable management systems. This position leads the Process Engineering team, providing technical support to production, actively participating in continuous improvement, cost reduction, new product introduction, and process transfers, ensuring process stability and capability in accordance with internal and customer standards. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and develop the Process Engineering team. * Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for communication cables. * Ensure processes meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements. * Provide technical support to production for resolution of process-related issues. * Implement continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency, scrap reduction, and cost savings. * Coordinate and execute line balancing and time studies. * Develop and maintain process documentation (PFMEA, Flow Chart, Control Plan, Work Instructions). * Participate in new product introduction (NPI) and process transfers. * Manage and approve engineering changes. * Monitor and analyze key area metrics (efficiency, scrap, yield, downtime). * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and management system standards. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure process stability and improvement.
