Position Summary: Responsible for accounting cycle activities in Oracle, cycle counts, inventory audits, and participation in special projects, promoting quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on continuous improvement and quality policy Description and details of responsibilities * Perform specific activities outlined in the written Accounting Cycle Procedure in Oracle * Conduct part number counts according to Cycle Count requirements * Enter part number count results into Oracle per Cycle Count Plant \& Warehouses * Follow up on discrepancies identified during counts * Compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly CYC RM \& WIP reports * Audit raw material receiving procedures in warehouses (sorting, inventory preservation, and document control) * Periodically review sorted materials * Periodically review packing list and receipt data entry * Periodically verify that physical material locations in the warehouse match system records * Participate in the Annual Physical Inventory as Team Leader * Participate in departmental special projects * Responsible for ensuring that decisions and actions support our Quality Policy. Decisions and actions must foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, focus on exceeding customer expectations, and deliver products and services of excellent quality. * Responsible for performing daily activities while ensuring the safety and well-being of all personnel and colleagues.
