ATCS engineers in the field and in product development work closely with our customers to understand their technology needs now and in the future. ### **Responsibilities** The Systems Programming Engineer must design, develop, and implement software development projects across all company departments. These programs must align with the specific requirements of each product line and primarily aim to ensure the quality of products manufactured by the company. To achieve this, the engineer must follow an agile software development methodology. * Software requirements analysis. * Software design, development, and implementation. * Software documentation, software development request (SDR). * Software documentation, technical manuals, and user manuals. * Database maintenance. * Database reporting. * Adherence to committed deadlines for software release. * Training personnel on the use of developed systems. * User support for system usage. * Collaboration with production departments to implement changes or improvements that help ensure product quality. * Taking initiative in software development projects. * Software updates. * Software optimization. * Implementation of dashboards and visual management tools to support decision-making. * Priority focus on tracking system development. * Implementation of Power BI as a means of information visualization. * Implementation of technologies, algorithms, and AI-supported tools * for process optimization. * Reporting activities to the Software Development Supervisor or Systems Manager. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. * Spanish / English. * Experience: Open to all levels. * Database management systems: MySQL, MSSQL, Firebird. * Desktop programming languages: VB.NET, C\#. * Web programming languages: CSS, HTML, ASP.NET. * SQL language. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Customer (user) service orientation. * Power BI
