ATCS engineers in the field and in product development work closely with our customers to understand their technology needs now and in the future. ### **Responsibilities** * Quality technicians are responsible for monitoring raw material quality for production (visual inspection, dimensional measurement per drawings, X-ray material verification) * Perform measurements / qualification of products using measurement tools (tape measure, vernier caliper, drop gauge, templates, micrometer, etc.) * Validate measurement/qualification results to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards. * Support supplier and/or quality inspector development using appropriate communication, inspection methods, and/or measurement result reporting. * Support compliance with shift-based activities as required by the department. * Comply with all requirements of a quality management system. * Create, collect, and maintain internal performance metrics. * Use computer equipment for drawing verification and result reporting. * Use material traceability control systems (AX). * Participate in MRB process disposition. * Collaborate with internal teams to notify suppliers regarding material failures. * Manual handling of materials and/or use of pallets. ### **Requirements** * Completed high school or technical degree * Experience: minimum 6 months in a similar position * Availability to work assigned shifts * Proficiency in using measurement tools * Understanding of geometric tolerances and blueprint reading * Experience in ISO 9001 environments * Knowledge of computer equipment usage * Basic English knowledge 3:30 pm – 12:00 am Monday to Friday
