ATCS engineers in the field and in product development work closely with our customers to understand their technology needs now and in the future. ### **Responsibilities** * Ensure that products shipped to customers comply with all specified requirements and specifications. * Design, define, and improve inspection methods, testing procedures, and acceptance/rejection criteria. * Develop and review quality assurance plans, sampling plans, and process control plans. * Generate and manage AQP/PPAP documentation for approval of new products or changes. * Coordinate and respond to customer complaints using methodologies such as 8D. * Conduct internal, process, and supplier audits, defining and implementing corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with internal and external calibration of measurement equipment. * Act as liaison between departments to ensure product quality across the entire production chain. * Analyze rejections, non-conformities, and red tags, generating improvement plans. * Participate in continuous improvement projects and risk analysis to prevent failures and optimize processes. ### **Requirements** * Mechanical, mechatronics, robotics, or industrial engineering degree. * Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing industry. * English proficiency: 80%. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Problem-solving skills. Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM
