




Aria Life invites you to join our team as a Call Center Operator **Functions and Responsibilities** Position Objective Contact potential customers and respond to inquiries regarding our real estate projects (Homes), with the purpose of scheduling appointments and identifying potential clients. Contact methods include phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media messaging. The call center operator must promptly respond to customer messages and also proactively contact leads entering through our CRM (Enkontrol) to assess their interest level and assign them to sales representatives. Functions * Respond to all customer messages received as quickly as possible * Evaluate which customers are potential leads and refer them to housing advisors * Enter new customers into the CRM * Collect basic customer information (full name, phone number, interested project, etc.) * Maintain a record of customer interactions in the CRM (Enkontrol) * Daily customer report (number of customers contacted and the communication channels used) Requirements * Gender: No preference * Education: High school diploma * Experience: Contact center, call center, or prospecting (preferably with experience in the housing sector) Skills: * Organized * Methodical in achieving goals * Customer service oriented * Interest in sales We Offer * Salary: 14,000 to 16,000 net (based on experience) * Statutory benefits * Sales commission: 0.05% (average of 1,125 per house, paid 50% at sale and 50% at closing) * Bonus of 250 pesos for each QUALIFIED visit to the sales point Work Schedule Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Interested candidates should send their CV to letty00@hotmail.com, indicating the job title "Call Center Operator" in the email subject Job type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
