




Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to plan and execute maintenance programs, implement improvements, diagnose failures, and support production. Key Highlights: 1. Description and details of responsibilities * Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs for production machinery and equipment. * Perform corrective maintenance promptly when required by operations, minimizing downtime. * Implement improvements on existing equipment, including fixture redesign and process optimization. * Participate in the introduction and support of new production lines and/or molding in the future. * Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures. * Develop and maintain up-to-date manual procedures and technical documentation. * Control and manage spare parts inventory for machinery and equipment. * Generate daily reports and track preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Coordinate and follow up on external repairs, services, and spare parts with suppliers. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and best maintenance practices. * Support production and other departments in resolving technical issues. Experience and Requirements * Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Electronics, Electrical, Robotics, or related Engineering degree (completed). * Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing industry. * Advanced conversational English (oral and written). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic drawings. * Intermediate knowledge of pneumatics, mechanics, electrical control, electrical panels, and hydraulics. * Desirable experience in electrical testing. * Experience in design and redesign of fixtures and tools. * Basic / desirable knowledge of molding processes, with potential expansion to new lines in the future. * Proficiency in design software (SolidWorks). * Experience in project management and problem solving. * Adherence to procedures, documentation, and operational standards. * Proactivity, focus on continuous improvement, and teamwork. * Valid visa (desirable).
