We are currently expanding and seeking talent eager to join a solid project within the cement sector. **JOIN OUR TEAM:** We are looking for: **Concrete Pump Boom Operator** **Job Objective:** Safely, efficiently, and in accordance with technical specifications, operate the concrete pump boom to ensure proper pumping and placement of concrete at job sites, maintaining operational continuity, service quality, and adherence to delivery schedules. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Deliver concrete daily to the assigned construction site/address. * Operate the concrete pump boom for pumping and placing concrete at job sites. * Assemble, position, and stabilize the equipment and boom. * Verify safety conditions prior to commencing operations. * Coordinate maneuvers with concrete mixer operators and on-site personnel. * Monitor proper concrete flow during pumping. * Detect and prevent blockages or failures in pipelines and hoses. * Upon completion of discharge, ensure the customer signs the concrete delivery receipt. * Perform pipeline and equipment cleaning after each service. * Conduct daily equipment inspections; report mechanical, hydraulic, or operational failures, and perform daily unit checks (fluid levels). * Report any issues regarding site access or obstacles preventing concrete placement. * Deliver documents, delivery receipts, and diesel fuel tickets generated during the shift. * Comply with current traffic regulations. * Implement operational controls derived from environmental aspects, hazards, and risks to meet industrial safety and operational standards. * Maintain constant communication with scheduling and plant personnel. * Operate the vehicle efficiently to reduce fuel consumption. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Education and Experience** * Completed secondary education (minimum) * Experience operating heavy vehicles (preferably concrete pump booms) * Experience on construction sites and/or with stationary pumps * Valid driver's license of the appropriate class **Working Conditions:** * Workplace: CenC Concretos * Morning shift * Competitive fixed salary * Statutory benefits Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Free uniforms Application Question(s): * Do you reside in Mexicali, B.C.?
