Description and details of activities 1\.\- Develop electrical assembly and testing strategies, and procedures based on customer requirements. 2\.\- Problem solving in the product using the following methodologies: Ishikawa Diagrams, Cause\-Effect Analysis, 3\.\-Control Charts, Histograms, Pareto Charts, Flowcharts, 5 Whys. 4\.\-Troubleshooting the product and coordinating it with the following areas: Receipt, Receipt Inspection, Warehouse, Production, Shipping, as the problem applies. 5\.\-Development of PFMEA, APQP, Control Plan, DFM analysis, Test Documents. 6\.\-Actively participate in continuous improvement activities and maintenance and implementation of certifications. 7\.\-Preparation of presentations for new and active clients. 8\.\-Coordinates the design, purchase and arrival of the tools required for the introduction of new products. 9\.\-Makes assembly drawings and documentation. 10\.\-Responsible for coordinating the evaluation and implementation of engineering actions in the engineering change process (ECO's) 11\.\-Carry out improvement and cost reduction projects. 12\.\-In charge of carrying out and coordinating the process of quotations for new products, from their receipt to the generation of the quotation of tools, in support of the automation, processes and electrical testing groups. 13\.\- Designs tools and fixtures for the implementation of new products, as well as their purchase. 14\.\- Provision of returns, generation of RMA reports. Experience and requirements * Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics or Electronic Engineer. * Proactive, dynamic, with a sense of urgency skills for analysis. * Minimum experience of 3 years in the Manufacturing Industry. * English 95% * Office Software Management. * Experience in AUTOCA D/ SolidWorks / CREO with proven capabilities of fixture design and product analysis * Validation of tools and fixtures in the product. * Experience in project management. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. * Knowledge of tool design * AutoCAD/ SolidWorks * Ease of speech and ability to communicate their ideas. * Visa.
