Position Objective: Coordination, administration, and supervision of maintenance, project, ATM, and major maintenance areas for properties assigned within their Territory, as well as reporting progress and status of each area to the Maintenance Management when required, including interaction with other areas such as: Security, Systems, Marketing, General Services Every day you will face **new and interesting challenges** within your position, in which you will be responsible for: * Handling requests for corrective and preventive services (Maintenance) * Requesting budgets or catalogs from contractors (Maintenance, Projects, and ATMs) * Scheduling work to be performed (Maintenance, Projects, and ATMs) * Assigning work to contractors upon prior budget or contingency approval * Conducting site visits to validate spaces for new ATMs * Conducting site visits to validate spaces for new ATMs * Recording and tracking service reports arising from supervision or special tasks * Closing maintenance and ATM service reports **Requirements:** * Professional background: Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Architecture, or Civil Engineering * Years of experience: 1 year * Areas of experience: Construction and Maintenance Coordinator * Required knowledge: Windows and Office software proficiency * Language: Basic English * Travel availability: N/A * Relocation availability: N/A At Banorte, we operate under an equal opportunity principle.
