Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Electrical/Electromechanical Engineer for maintenance and supervision of industrial electrical installations operating at high, low, and medium voltage. Key Highlights: 1. Industrial electrical maintenance for high-, low-, and medium-voltage systems. 2. Diagnosis and repair of faults in electrical control systems. 3. Strict compliance with electrical safety standards. Job Responsibilities and Details * High-voltage electrical maintenance and testing * Supervision of electrical construction and installations * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial electrical installations (low- and medium-voltage) * Diagnose and repair faults in electrical control systems, panels, motors, frequency inverters, and basic PLCs * Install and modify power and control wiring, sensors, motor starters, and automation devices * Interpret electrical drawings, diagrams, and schematics * Strictly comply with electrical safety standards (NOM-001-SEDE, NOM-029-STPS) and company protocols * Conduct tests and measurements using instruments (multimeter, clamp meter, megohmmeter, etc.) * Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives and automation projects Required Experience and Qualifications * Proactive and self-motivated * Desire for personal growth * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field (completed or incomplete with relevant experience) * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance * Solid knowledge of electrical control systems: PLCs, frequency inverters, sensors, three-phase motors, and automated systems * Experience reading electrical drawings and using specialized tools * Availability for rotating shifts and/or extended working hours * Safety-oriented, responsible, and capable of working effectively in a team Benefits * Benefits in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT) **Number of vacancies** 1 **Area** Construction/Architecture/Construction Projects **Contract type** Permanent **Work modality** On-site **Shift** Day shift **Work schedule** Full-time **Working hours*** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Education** Professional degree **Age** 22–35 years **Willingness to travel** No
