Job Summary: We are seeking a Crew Supervisor to coordinate meter relocations, balancing operational fieldwork with administrative management while ensuring quality and rigorous report control. Strong sense of organization and leadership We are looking for a highly organized Crew Supervisor with experience in the construction industry to coordinate meter relocation work. The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent balance between on-site operational tasks and office-based administrative management, ensuring work quality and maintaining strict control over daily reports. Key Responsibilities: * Project Management: Collect scheduled household address lists for meter relocation, digitize them, and assign them strategically to respective crews. * Document Control: Collect physical crew reports, convert them to PDF format, and upload them to the system promptly. * Platform Management: Administer and keep Monday.com updated daily, maintaining precise tracking of each crew’s progress and reports. * On-Site Supervision: Conduct random inspection visits to assigned households to audit crew performance and ensure meter relocations meet the contractor’s quality standards. Requirements: * Experience: Limited but verifiable fieldwork experience in construction, civil works, or installations. * Technical Skills: High proficiency in computer use, file management (PDF, Excel, Word), and adaptability to new digital tools. * Platforms: Familiarity with Monday.com (or similar project management platforms such as Trello or Asana) is highly desirable. * Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to resolve on-site problems, and leadership capabilities for managing work crews. * Valid driver’s license.
