




**Technical Supervisor Profile** * **Graduate of Renewable Energy and/or Electrical Engineering program** * Experience in photovoltaic installation * Proficiency in standard unit operations * Valid and up-to-date Tax Status Certificate **Responsibilities:** * Receives daily schedule of visits and supervision activities. * Conducts full or random verification of installations and/or thermal insulation, air conditioning, refrigerators, and washing machines, in accordance with the Trust’s guidelines. * Reviews the Energy Diagnostic Report prepared by the supplier. * Prepares daily work reports. * Addresses received complaints and follows up until resolution, as well as updates the complaint tracking log. * Provides advisory services to clients regarding requested subprograms. * Issues technical opinions when required. * Advises assigned suppliers. * Actively participates in training courses and work meetings. * Ensures proper condition, functionality, and appropriate use of assigned tools and equipment. * Promotes various energy-saving programs. * Demonstrates availability to perform assigned duties. * Supports various departments within the Coordination Office and Regional Management. * Other duties inherent to the position. * Installs mobile information modules for various subprograms. * Tracks overdue accounts from delinquent users, issues payment notices, updates account statements, and generates summons. * Manages files related to collection follow-up and delinquent clients. * Delivers summons and/or bonuses at users’ addresses **We Offer:** Statutory benefits Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Note: Employment start date: January 2026 Position type: Full-time Salary: $17,381.59 per month Workplace: On-site employment
