**Job Description** **Overview:** The quality control inspector, through first article, in-process, and final (random) inspections, verifies that the product meets the requirements defined in work instructions (PPF/Routes) as well as compliance with specifications defined in various operational documents such as requirement sheets, substitutions, deviations, ECNs, and manufacturing procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** * Verify that each component used in a product meets the acceptance criteria * Verify compliance with all documents specifying manufacturing instructions applicable to the product, such as PPF, routes, special requirements, ECNs, deviations, substitutions, etc. * Verify quality requirements at different stages of the manufacturing process: assembly, wrapping, sealing, and packaging of the product by releasing first samples and conducting random sampling during the manufacturing process of each product, MFC, or subassembly (as applicable) * Monitor the production system's compliance with procedures and good manufacturing practices * Train new candidates for quality inspectors * Implement simple continuous improvement ideas MySIK **Required Knowledge:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in Production areas * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position * Minimum 1 year of experience in handling and completing document control * English 80% * Software skills: Office Windows: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. * AS400 knowledge **Skills:** * Communication * Teamwork * Proactive * Results-oriented * Leadership * Responsible **Education:** High school diploma or incomplete college degree. Sr. QA Engineer

The Quality Engineer is responsible for providing investigation and root cause analysis of product failures. Works closely with various Engineering functions (Reliability, Design, Manufacturing, etc) in a closed\-loop, corrective\-action process to improve product quality and reliability performance. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible for working with cross\-functional groups to coordinate strategies for meeting customer’s requirements in all quality areas that also serve AE’s business needs. * Failure Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, corrective and preventive action due customer (internal\-external) complaints. * Define, design, develop and Implement SPC tools for assembly tools, manufacturing, and test fixtures. * Establish, implement, and maintain the quality management system. * Interact with Engineering and Operations to ensure an appropriate transfer of new products, PPAP. * Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing activities of receiving / outgoing quality functions. * Participates in Design Reviews to ensure compliance with reliability standards and customer requirements. * Review Engineering Change Requests for customer approval requirements and submission. * Perform weekly, monthly trend analysis and coordinate corrective actions with involved areas. * Defines SPC to manufacturing processes and monitor weekly and monthly performance, implement countermeasure. * Interact constantly with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Materials, Support Areas to ensure robust processes using PPAP, SPC and LEAN tools. **Functions** * Supervise the preparation of cyclic inventories, determination of discrepancies, causes, and their correction in the system. * Supervise product rotation (FIFO) in storage, cold rooms, and processing areas. * Organize and supervise the storage and dispatch of products according to their expiration dates. * Manage and track layout. * Coordinate with the receiving area on how pallets should be assembled upon receipt (enforce a standard for supplier deliveries). * Maintain control over store and customer order fulfillment. * Analyze and implement measures to reduce shrinkage. **Activities** * Supervise the quality of received products, labeling of boxes, and their immediate entry into the system. * Supervise the preparation of cyclic inventories, review of discrepancy causes, and follow-up actions. * Supervise attendance of personnel under their responsibility. * Supervise productivity of personnel under their responsibility. * Review stock to identify slow-moving or overstocked items. * Inspect and report general conditions of facilities, cold rooms, equipment, tools, and safety gear. * Supervise order, cleanliness, and food safety practices during handling/manipulation of food, as well as proper storage. * Review routes, requested orders versus fulfilled orders. * Supervise transport unit checklist incidents. * Validate invoice clearance ("burning invoices"). * Supervise merchandise returns and their reasons. * Randomly check invoices against dispatched products. * Supervise collection of COD payments for goods in transit.
