We are seeking a **Claims Advisor** for our business unit **GARAGE** (body and paint services) located in Lopez Mateos. **Responsibilities:** * Provide customer service either in person or by phone * Schedule and confirm appointments for vehicles entering inspection * Schedule, record, and coordinate vehicle deliveries at Garage with the shop supervisor * Receive purchase orders from various AP business units for completed repairs * Send purchase orders and estimates to the Accounts Receivable department * Perform vehicle inventory, verification, and damage registration * Offer additional services * Prepare estimates for windshields, parts, and sheet metal work * Organize vehicle placement * Invoicing, cash handling, and use of bank terminal **Requirements:** * Completed or incomplete bachelor's degree / High school diploma * Proactive * Organized * Computer system proficiency * Experience in sales and customer service * Experience in claims handling (desirable) Job type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 - $19,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Gym discount * Sick days * Company parking * Medical expense insurance * Vision insurance * Dental insurance * Grocery vouchers Work location: Onsite employment
