Job Description and Responsibilities * Participates in organizing continuous improvement projects to support safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time deliveries. * Processes parts, interprets, analyzes, and documents results according to models and specifications. * Creates and participates in delivering training programs for quality inspectors. * Provides support in creating and maintaining necessary reporting within the Quality Department. * Assists in various daily activities required in the department. * Contributes ideas for continuous improvement across various Quality processes. * Collaborates in team-based projects within the department.
