Description and details of activities * Supply materials according to production requirements, verifying quantities and types as specified in the work order. * Record material and scrap entries, exits, and movements in the ERP system, ensuring all information is up to date and reflects actual operations. * Perform cycle counts on the production floor and in the warehouse as part of inventory control (cycle count), as well as physical counts of ticket cards or bin cards. * Receive and record returns of surplus or non-conforming materials, ensuring their proper return to the warehouse and reintegration into inventory. * Prepare and transfer materials to the finished goods area, complying with packaging and labeling specifications. * Identify, segregate, and record scrap materials, as well as assist in their disposal according to internal procedures. * Generate daily follow-up reports, including generated scrap, consumption, returns, and cycle count results. * Assist in reviews and audits by providing clear and verifiable information on movements and stock levels. Experience and requirements * High school diploma completed. * Minimum 6 months in a similar position within the manufacturing industry. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office. * Knowledge of inventory control and logistics processes. * Experience using barcode scanners (desirable). * Experience with SAP, Oracle, or any ERP system (desirable). * Organized with attention to detail. * Teamwork skills. * Proactive with a sense of urgency. * Good time and priority management.
