MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Conduct periodic inventory counts and place purchase orders to ensure adequate stock of spare parts, accessories, and supplies. 2. Ensure accurate delivery and proper documentation of outgoing spare parts, accessories, and supplies to all departments within the Service Center upon request. 3. Supervise daily operations to ensure inventory efficiency and accuracy. 4. Personnel management; supervision of goods receipt, storage, and distribution; conducting inventory counts. 5. Assist with cargo unloading. 6. Transportation and distribution planning. 7. Coordination with suppliers and customers. REQUIREMENTS One year of experience in an identical or similar position (preferred). Knowledge and experience in inventory control, classification, labeling, and goods receipt and dispatch. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Effective communication skills. Organizational skills and ability to work in a team. Experience in a Distribution Center (receipts, dispatches, controls, orderliness, storage, and cleaning). Attention to internal customers (various sales channels). Logistical responsibility for planning across different channels, customers, regions, and even supplier deliveries. Must be proficient in SAP. Strong leadership profile.
