




Summary: The MRO Supervisor oversees parts room management, optimizes inventory, leads a team, and drives continuous improvement in MRO processes and procurement. Highlights: 1. Negotiate with MRO and Packaging Suppliers The MRO Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient and accurate management of the parts room, ensuring optimal inventory control, and leading a team across various shifts. This position is responsible for maintaining a well\-organized and smoothly operating parts room, coordinating with cross\-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement in inventory management processes. * Responsible to develop and execute saving and continuous improvement projects for MRO * Lead, document and review indirect/MRO purchasing process * Manage tool crib and inventory levels and reduction inventory * Negotiate with MRO and Packaging Suppliers. (pricing, delivery, quality and contracts) * Develop analysis for materials spending: by supplier, commodity, business unit and cost center. * Supervise the purchasing, design and planning activities and manage the expense budget and inventory value for all packaging materials * Responsible to coordinate with Legal Department and Commodity Manager Contract development and reviews * Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services Requirements: * Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar role * Bachelor´s degree in Industrial Engineering or similar, Business Administration or related. * Master's Degree and CPM certification preferred * Six Sigma lean or Greenbelt Certified (preferred) * Written and verbal communication skills * Excellent organizational ability * Data analysis * Negotiation skills * Effective interaction with internal and external parties. * Experience on contracts development * English 90%
