Description and details of activities **Main functions and responsibilities** * Lead the sales team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. * Design and maintain **sales forecasting systems** by customer, product, and channel. * Identify opportunities for expanding the customer portfolio through market analysis and segmentation. * Define and execute expansion plans for **distribution centers**, in coordination with operations. * Monitor sales performance in real time and adjust tactics according to deviations. * Evaluate product deliveries against production plans to ensure compliance and efficiency. * Set manufacturing priorities in collaboration with planning and logistics. * Analyze **profit margins per SKU** to define pricing, promotional, and bundling strategies. * Develop price vs. volume simulation models for decision-making scenarios. * Coordinate commercial negotiations with key customers and establish clear discount and offer criteria. * Use BI and CRM tools for tracking, analyzing, and evaluating sales performance. * Train the team in commercial analysis, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. * Prepare executive reports for senior management with actionable insights. Experience and requirements **Required profile** * **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, International Business, or related field. * **Experience**: Minimum 5 years in strategic sales, price analysis, commercial intelligence, or demand planning. * **Skills**: * Financial analysis and profitability calculation. * Commercial negotiation and conflict management. * Proficiency in CRM and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). * Ability to lead using goals and metrics.
