Dynamic and disciplined role **Job Description** **Overview:** The packer is the operator who masters boxing, decartoning, and piggyback processes. They are responsible for separating, assembling, labeling, sealing, wrapping, packing, and other related activities involving various components of surgical trays as required. **Key Responsibilities:** * Responsible for receiving the necessary components for assembling the requested kit * Comply with applicable procedures * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Leave storage locations orderly and clean * Participate in activities and programs required by the company * Contribute to personal and company safety * Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) **Required Knowledge:** * 1 year of experience in the medical industry (preferably) or similar * Experience working in the boxing area * Experience working in the decartoning area * Familiarity with the piggyback process **Skills:** * Ability to follow operational instructions assigned by supervisor * Dynamic * Disciplined * Ability to work under pressure **Education:** Secondary school.
