**Job Description** **Overview:** The packer is the operator who masters the boxing, decartoning, and piggyback processes. This role is responsible for separating, assembling, labeling, sealing, wrapping, and packing various components of surgical trays as required. **Key Responsibilities:** * Responsible for receiving the necessary components to assemble the requested kit * Adhere to applicable procedures * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Keep storage locations neat and clean * Participate in activities and programs required by the company * Contribute to personal and company safety * Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) **Required Knowledge:** * 1 year of experience in the medical industry (preferred) or similar * Experience working in the boxing area * Experience working in the decartoning area * Familiarity with the piggyback process **Skills:** * Ability to follow operational instructions assigned by supervisor * Energetic * Disciplined * Ability to work under pressure **Education:** High school diploma.
