The primary objective is to inspire, train, and guide personnel under supervision to achieve common goals. **General Responsibilities** * Monitor management of incidents involving supervised personnel. * Validate compliance with processes by supervised personnel. * Implement continuous improvements. * Supervise, maintain, and increase quality and efficiency standards for the shift. * Maintain execution times according to established schedules. * Organize and assign personnel to positions where they perform best. * Deliver established procedures. * Assign planned, temporary, and urgent tasks. * Provide guidance and support regarding matters related to supervised personnel. * Promote and maintain a positive work environment. **Skills and Knowledge** * 1\-2 years of experience in similar roles and/or activities related to personnel management. * Degree in engineering (industrial, mechanical, chemical, mechatronics, or related fields). * Intermediate level Excel skills (desirable) and Office suite proficiency. * Excellent verbal and written communication. * Experience managing KPIs and presenting graphical data. * Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, DMAIC, and Six Sigma.
