Operations Coordinator

Description

Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring product quality, supervising personnel, coordinating daily operations, and maintaining ISO/IATF standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure product quality and compliance with specifications. 2. Lead and train the production team. 3. Supervise operations and maximize efficiency in the work cell. * Directly responsible for ensuring that only products meeting required document specifications are delivered to customers. * Performs inspection work instructions and release forms. * Performs tasks in accordance with policies, procedures, and work instructions related to ISO/IATF and safety requirements. * Supports manufacturing personnel and inspectors in defining acceptance and rejection criteria. * Evaluates and certifies production personnel on key processes. * Demonstrates teamwork capability with interaction involving customers, technicians, supervisors, and engineers. * Supervises daily operations within the area, organizes the work team, provides direction and guidance. * Monitors the production plan and assigns tasks during the shift, ensuring staff always have assignments and maximizing work cell efficiency. * Ensures personnel perform their operations according to work instructions. * Maintains up-to-date inventory records and reports material status at the plant. * Responsible for maintaining order and cleanliness throughout the facility.
