





**Branch Manager for a Pharmacy** **Requirements:** * 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Education: Bachelor's degree or technical career. * Availability to work morning, intermediate, and closing shifts. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Personnel management. * Inventory management. * KPI management. * Basic PC and Office skills. * Values management. * Indicator management. * Customer service. * Skills: Excellent communication skills, leadership ability, and teamwork. **Job Responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with the metrics established by the institution, promoting sales to achieve commercial goals by constantly analyzing information published on control dashboards. * Develop sales strategies to reach established objectives. * Coordinate and supervise the sales team to ensure optimal performance. * Establish strong relationships with current and potential customers. * Develop customer service team skills in service attention and product offering through proper presentation. * Supervise accurate inventory updates, product facing, branch cleanliness, and the appearance of the assigned team. * Conduct timely follow-up per multifunctional role for star products, motivating employees to reach their targets and achieve the highest sales numbers. * Prepare daily sales reports as well as daily, weekly, biweekly, or occasional report checklists. * Register new branch employees into the system. * Ensure that personnel under supervision comply with internal work regulations, internal policies, legal guidelines, and service protocols. * Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback, and train them in areas needing improvement to deliver better customer service. * Ensure all pharmacy employees understand their responsibilities and tasks and have the necessary supplies to perform their daily duties. * Foster a productive and pleasant work environment.
