




Description and details of activities The position will serve the company MEGALOGON \-VEGETABLE TRANSPORTATION **Position Objective** Provide efficient administrative support in managing travel files, ensuring proper processing, data entry, reconciliation, and safekeeping of documents related to transportation operations, contributing to compliance with accounting, auditing, and payment processes. **Main Responsibilities and Activities** **Receiving and processing travel files** * Receive drivers at the end of each trip for file delivery. * Verify that each file contains all required documents: invoices, fuel receipts, expense vouchers, etc. * Print invoices with receipts to complete the file. **Document integration and digitization** * Assemble complete files for use in billing and payment processes. * Scan documents and send them to the collections department. * Perform digital backups of files to ensure their preservation. **Document management and system data entry** * Deliver physical files to the accounting department. * Sort documents by type and enter information into administrative systems. * Keep the driver's file database updated. **Document organization and classification** * Classify documents by client, trip, and driver. * Ensure traceability and easy access to information. **Reconciliations and expense control** * Perform weekly reconciliations (Thursday to Wednesday) between: * Invoices issued. * Diesel consumption. * Expenses reported by drivers. * System-generated settlements. * Identify discrepancies and report them for analysis and resolution.
