We’re growing our team and looking for a skilled Web Developer who can build and maintain beautiful, functional websites with precision and creativity. **Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced **Web Developer** with a strong command of **WordPress**, **Elementor**, and modern web design standards. This role requires both technical expertise and creative insight to build responsive, SEO\-friendly, and high\-performance websites for our diverse clientele. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, build, and maintain custom websites using **WordPress** and **Elementor Pro** * Customize themes and plugins to meet client requirements * Optimize websites for performance, responsiveness, SEO, and user experience * Conduct quality assurance and troubleshoot bugs across various devices and browsers * Collaborate with designers, content creators, and project managers to meet deadlines * Perform routine website updates, backups, and security enhancements * Implement basic e\-commerce functionalities using WooCommerce (if applicable) * Manage hosting environments and domain setups (optional but a plus) **Qualifications:** * 3\+ years of experience developing websites on **WordPress** * Advanced knowledge of **Elementor Pro** and WordPress best practices * Strong understanding of **HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP** * Familiarity with **SEO principles**, **website speed optimization**, and **responsive design** * Ability to customize and debug WordPress themes and plugins * Experience with tools like **Google Analytics**, **Search Console**, **Yoast SEO**, etc. * Understanding of version control (Git) and staging workflows is a plus * Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time management skills **Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a Plus):** * Experience with **WooCommerce**, **Shopify**, or other CMS platforms * Basic design skills using **Figma**, **Adobe XD**, or **Canva** * Experience with **custom post types**, **ACF**, or **CPT UI** * Understanding of **cPanel**, **DNS**, **SSL**, and website migration **What We Offer:** * Competitive pay (based on experience) * Flexible remote work schedule * Opportunity to work on diverse and creative projects * Supportive team culture with growth opportunities Experience: * wordpress: 2 years (Required) * elementor : 2 years (Required) * Website Developer : 2 years (Required) * SEO Basics : 2 years (Preferred) Job Types: Full\-time, Part\-time Pay: $12,500\.00 \- $28,000\.00 per month Work Location: Remote
