Job Description and Responsibilities
Work Location: Mexicali
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Execute recruitment and selection processes for various departments across the company.
* Coordinate interviews, administer and interpret psychometric assessments.
* Compile, safeguard, and maintain physical and digital personnel files (new hires and active employees).
* Manage employee registrations, terminations, and modifications with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS).
* Prepare payroll drafts and final payroll (NOMIPAQ).
* Demonstrable experience handling IDSE, SUA, SIPARE, and REPSE systems.
* Record, report, and process labor incidents per the Internal Work Regulations (e.g., tardiness, absences, leaves of absence, vacations, etc.).
* Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law, Internal Work Regulations, and applicable regulations (e.g., NOM-035).
* Design, update, and implement internal policies, procedures, and manuals.
* Actively contribute to building and improving the workplace climate.
* Address, mediate, and follow up on labor disputes.
* Provide strategic support to leaders in managing their teams.
* Propose and implement improvements to HR processes, structure, and practices.

* Proven experience in Human Resources.
* High level of organization, proactivity, and accountability.
* Excellent communication skills with leaders and team members.
* Ability to present proposals and drive continuous improvement.

* Conflict resolution skills and ability to manage sensitive situations.
* Teamwork mindset and internal service focus.
