Job Description and Activity Details **Responsibilities**: Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations. Coordinate the loading and unloading of goods and ensure their proper handling. Manage and supervise assigned personnel, assigning tasks and providing training as needed. Ensure implementation and compliance with safety procedures, risk prevention, and product loss prevention measures. Manage expense budgets. Ensure regulatory compliance for truck logistics. Transportation efficiency measures. Prepare reports and analyze key performance indicators for warehouse management. Promote continuous improvement initiatives. Guarantee timely material supply to meet daily production plans. Maintain contact with customers and resolve their requests. Prepare monthly objective results and establish actions to achieve them. Validate month-end inventory closing data and cyclic count information. Ensure adjustments are made for inventory discrepancies. Drive and support initiatives that foster a positive work environment. Follow and adhere to the organization's values, processes, policies, standards, and procedures. Coordinate activities with various support departments to achieve established goals and objectives. Timely coordination with various departments regarding matters related to materials, procurement, customs, production, production control, human resources, etc. Experience and Requirements Leadership experience with personnel and management of large headcount. Experience in warehouse supervision or related roles. Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and procedures. Understanding of receiving, picking, and shipping processes. Effective personnel supervision techniques. Inventory analysis and cyclic counting. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools. ISO-9001 standard. Knowledge of warehouse management tools and software. Knowledge of KAIZEN methodology.
