Prospecting new customers and closing sales **Service Sales Executive** **Mexicali, Baja California** **Full-time \| On-site** **Job Description** An electrical sector company is seeking a **Service Sales Executive** to develop and close commercial opportunities related to **maintenance services and contracts** for electrical equipment (emergency power plants and voltage regulators). The position combines sales activities, administrative follow-up, and coordination with the technical department. **Main Responsibilities** * Achieve the **monthly maintenance service sales target** * Timely follow-up on **leads** generated from suppliers, the company website, social media, and referrals * Field and remote prospecting of new customers * Preparation and follow-up of **quotations** until sale closure * Promotion of **annual maintenance contracts** * Updating the customer and opportunity database * Coordination with the technical department for service scheduling * Post-service follow-up and customer support **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in **sales, electrical engineering, electromechanical engineering, or related fields** * Experience in **technical or industrial sales** * Preferred knowledge of **electrical equipment, emergency power plants, or voltage regulators** * Basic proficiency in CRM or sales tracking tools **Salary and Commissions** * Base salary * Commissions: * Maintenance services: **4%** * Managed leads: **2%** **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: **08:00 to 17:00** * Saturday: **08:00 to 14:00** **We Offer** * Statutory benefits * Food vouchers * Work tools (laptop and mobile phone) * Job stability **How to Apply:** Apply through this channel with your updated CV.
