




Job Summary: Coordinate and execute production planning, managing inventory, purchase orders, and communication with customers and internal departments to ensure timely product delivery. Review the annual production plan per furnace and production line, and the monthly production schedule per customer and product. 2\. Develop the annual production plan per furnace and production line, integrating products. 3\. Analyze finished goods inventory to assess whether to maintain the production plan or make adjustments based on customer needs. 4\. Determine production days for each product scheduled in the plan for the customer. 5\. Receive purchase orders from the customer. 6\. Establish the production sequence to inform the customer and plant about the product entering production, including its specific characteristics and the customer's requirements. 7\. Send the production sequence to the plant area supervisors and to the customer. 8\. Enter purchase order information into the FTR system. 9\. Enter purchase order information into the FTR system for campaigns. 10\. Register newly introduced finished goods items into the catalog. 11\. Production meeting with the plant team to identify needs. 12\. Meeting with the plant’s Packaging Materials Coordinator for the customer. 13\. Monitor key performance indicators for work processes. 14\. Enter production information into the FTR system for campaigns. 15\. Track inventory discrepancies and review pricing. 16\. Interdepartmental communication with production and support areas to address various topics. 17\. Prepare monthly sales reports by product, reports on products without customer purchase orders, and reports on bottle storage with the customer. 18\. Analyze customer storage charges. 19\. Track and support repositioning of moldings and new or obsolete products. 20\. Analyze and implement price list increases and system adjustments. 21\. Track and support the procurement department for sleeve production. And other related duties. Experience and Requirements **EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Trade and Customs, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **LANGUAGES:** Conversational proficiency; ability to understand and express technical concepts and terminology relevant to the role fluently. **EXTERNAL EXPERIENCE:** 3–5 years of experience in industrial, logistics, international trade, or similar fields within large national or multinational manufacturing companies. AGE: 26 years and older. **OTHER:** Availability for flexible working hours; exposure to extreme temperatures (occasionally).
