Job Description and Responsibilities Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the accurate recording, control, and analysis of information related to production cycles (CicloCuentos) in electronic manufacturing processes, guaranteeing adherence to timelines, quality standards, internal procedures, and optimal resource utilization. * Coordinate and supervise the recording of production cycle (CicloCuentos) data in ERP/MES systems. * Validate the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of information captured in production orders and daily reports. * Analyze cycle times, productivity, and efficiency, proposing corrective or preventive actions. * Ensure records comply with quality guidelines and internal/external audits (ISO, IATF, customers). * Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics departments to resolve discrepancies in reports or records. * Develop and train operational staff on best practices for capturing and controlling production cycle (CicloCuentos) data. * Prepare weekly and monthly reports on key KPIs (performance, scrap, efficiency, downtime). * Track corrective actions arising from internal and customer audits related to production cycles (CicloCuentos). * Implement process improvements in data capture and analysis (automation, digitalization, simplification). * Ensure confidentiality and traceability of recorded information in systems. Experience and Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Systems Engineering, or related field. * 2–3 years of experience in electronic manufacturing (EMS/PCBA, component assembly, SMT). * Experience supervising personnel or administrative production processes. * Experience managing ERP systems. * Production control, timing and movement tracking, efficiency metrics. * Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or equivalent standards. * Data analysis tools (advanced Excel; Power BI preferred). * Leadership and team management skills. * Analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Effective communication with multidisciplinary departments. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. * Analytical thinking. * Attention to detail. * Teamwork. * Organization and discipline in administrative processes. * Decision-making under pressure.
