Position Summary: Coordinate and execute events by managing resources and communication with clients and suppliers, ensuring fulfillment of requirements. Key Highlights: 1. We utilize all audiovisual marketing tools. **PLANNING ASSISTANT:** Plan, coordinate, and execute events to ensure client requirements are met before, during, and after the event; manage physical and human resources; supervise staff logistics; guarantee availability of furniture and services; and coordinate communication with clients and suppliers. Responsibilities: * Analyze client requirements considering factors such as: 1\. Scale 2\. Social relevance 3\. Event time 4\. Date 5\. Contact person receiving the event * Address client requirements before, during, and after the event * Design the event, including: 1\. Verify availability of requested furniture and/or services 2\. Identify suppliers 3\. Generate control reference number 4\. Obtain supplier quotations * Plan human and physical resources, including: 1\. Send updated daily requirements 2\. Staff team logistics (scheduling and coordination of furniture loading) 3\. Supervise planning activities * Manage and oversee the event, including: 1\. Adherence to timelines and order 2\.
