Job Summary: We are seeking a maintenance technician with experience in predictive, preventive, and corrective machinery maintenance, focused on continuous improvement and industrial safety. Key Highlights: 1. Predictive, preventive, and corrective machinery maintenance. 2. Implementation of modifications and improvements to assembly machines. 3. Focus on industrial safety and contribution of improvement ideas. Description and details of responsibilities * Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance, including lubrication, cleaning, and machinery conversions. * Execute major maintenance on assembly machines: assessment of service life. * Carry out modifications and/or improvements to assembly machines: electrical panels, cams, shafts, and gears. * Prepare the daily Machine Service Report, recording: * Date, serial number, machine type, * Maintenance description, * Parts used, * Visual inspection and reporting of potential areas for improvement, * Recommendations and follow-up. * Operate tools and equipment safely, ensuring protection of equipment, work area, and personnel. * Comply with industrial safety policies (use of PPE, safe area, order, cleanliness, procedures). * Demonstrate initiative and contribute improvement ideas to optimize assembly machine maintenance. Experience and Requirements **Experience:** * Preventive/corrective/predictive maintenance. * Mechanical synchronization adjustment, calibration, and conversion. * Basic electrical knowledge (sensors, relays, contactors, etc.). * Technical documentation (service sheet/report, spare parts and consumables tracking). * Industrial safety: safe, clean, orderly areas and proper use of PPE. * Hot work.
