




Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise domestic and international shipments, plan and optimize logistics operations, and manage logistics personnel. Key Highlights: 1. Description and details of responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise domestic and international shipments. * Plan, control, and optimize daily, weekly, and monthly logistics operations. * Coordinate logistics and shipping personnel, ensuring goal achievement. * Manage and analyze freight costs, quotations, and chargeback reports (FDR). * Ensure proper release of shipping orders according to pick release. * Track inbound and outbound shipments, including operations to and from Calexico. * Ensure correct pickup of shipments at the plant and assigned HUB. * Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers on logistics matters. * Supervise and ensure compliance with CTPAT, OEA, safety, and hygiene standards. * Manage month-end shipping processes and monthly dock clear procedures. * Obtain and deliver pickup confirmations to Finance. * Track urgent tracking requests from the Materials department. * Report weekly logistics operations to the Warehouse Superintendent. * Implement strategies for efficient human resource utilization and KPI achievement. * Maintain inventory integrity and logistical area security. Experience and Requirements * Bachelor's degree / Engineering, technical or professional degree (incomplete acceptable) in related fields. * Experience in logistics, shipping, and inventory control. * Intermediate-to-advanced English (70%). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * ERP system experience (AX preferred). * Personnel management experience. * Knowledge of logistics and warehouse control methods and techniques. * Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics and finished product shipping.
