




Position Summary: Experienced Quality Engineer who leads continuous improvement, supervises quality in production, manages audits, and resolves quality issues in an automotive environment. Key Highlights: 1. Lead continuous improvement and Kaizen events 2. Supervise quality and conduct process audits 3. Experience with Six Sigma and quality tools such as 8D Description and details of responsibilities • Responsible for quick kaizen, Kaizen events \& knowledge sharing to ensure Continuous Improvement throughout the process • Responsible for Quality System on the production on the production area. • Performs process Audits to validate (e.g. control plans, inspection plans, check sheets, alerts, STW) • Supervises QA Inspectors • Tracks and reports quality related process data, (e.g. scrap, ppm, pareto of defects) • Review Trend Analysis and Lead action plans • Maintains process capability data (e.g. capability studies, Gage R\&R, SPC, etc.) • Lead MRB (Material Review Board) activities to disposition discrepant material in a timely and technically appropriate manner. • Leads internal 8D/CAR teams to contain and permanently resolve quality issues. Works with and across functions as needed for issue resolution. • Coordinate and document containment action activities on site, warehouses and material in transit as well as in different customer locations. • Ensures operators and supervisors are informed of quality performance and issues related to process. • Provide support to CQE for PPAP documentation as required • Successful interaction with PE and Production Supervisor on continuous improvement initiatives • Develops and executes Quality trainings. • Support NPI group from early phases of launches. • Follow up to new part validation process. • Successful interface with SQA to review, follow up and verification of corrective actions provided by supplier when a quality issue exists. "• Responsible of Green Run analysis and provide support for Warranty analysis activities, including follow up of RMA process until Debit be completed or negated. " • Develop Supplier Quality Scorecard \& Assure Supplier Certificates are on time. • Support Production Cells in case of supplier issue cause impact into the operation through effective containment actions related to raw material. Experience and Requirements Bachelor degree in engineering fields Experienced quality engineer 3 years minimum. Usage of Six sigma and quality tools (8 D's, Fishbone, 5 Why's) Knowledge on Automotive standards ISO/TS 16949 Experience in implementing early production containment actions and corrective and preventive actions as well.
