Aria Life, a housing developer, invites you to join our team as a QUALITY SUPERVISOR **Requirements:** * Civil Engineer or Architect with professional license and credentials * 5\-10 years of experience in residential construction and urban development * Proficient in Excel, Office, Teams, Word, AutoCAD, Slides * Proactive, responsible, and honest * Organized with good presentation skills * Strong communication skills **Technical Knowledge:** * Civil works, finishes, and construction regulations * Knowledge in housing and urban development * Focused on construction processes * Familiarity with ACI 318 standards * Quality management systems ISO 9001 applied to construction. **Responsibilities:** * Maintain quality supervision focused on prevention, carrying out all necessary actions to ensure this. * Perform daily quality supervision and report findings to the construction manager and supervisors. * Develop the structure for integrating the project's quality folder (Dossier) * Maintain control over records of civil work reception in housing and urban development * Monitor and manage on-site quality controls, reviewing proper documentation and regulatory compliance. * Hold weekly meetings with contractors and record signed minutes outlining quality commitments. * Submit the weekly quality report on time every Friday by 5 PM to all stakeholders. * Conduct necessary on-site tests to control quality. * Coordinate with the construction management team to carry out concrete samples, compaction tests, and mix designs. * Ensure quality throughout all construction processes of the building. * Verify and validate that construction processes comply with applicable standards and Aria Life specifications. * Verify and validate that construction processes meet project requirements. * Document verification and supervision of quality assurance in processes, tests, materials, etc. * Follow up on the integration of documents into the "Housing Quality Record" folder. * Follow up on all necessary steps to achieve housing certification. * Coordinate with the client to review home acceptance, recording all feedback to list improvements. * Track and document corrective or preventive actions for any quality non-compliance, establishing process-based controls. * Review project-related improvements with the design team, provide recommendations, and submit change requests when applicable. * Deliver presentations to the construction team highlighting required quality standards and providing recommendations to enhance team-wide quality control.
