If you are interested in any of our openings, please send us an email to our contact. **Job Description and Activity Details** · Provide user support for computer equipment, networks, software, and peripherals. · Responsible for identifying root causes of hardware and software issues in systems and equipment, resolving them, and documenting solutions. · Manage inventories of computer equipment and supplies. · Configure and install computer equipment, printers, telephony systems, radios, cameras, GPS devices, both in office and operational areas. · Provide technical training to users when necessary. · Responsible for equipment or system installation projects. · Ensure proper functioning of the company's network infrastructure. · Implement security policies, processes, and work instructions within the company. · Ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement preventive measures in networks or systems. **Experience and Requirements** · Certified technician or incomplete degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Support, Telecommunications, or related field. · Knowledge of Microsoft and Linux operating systems. · Experience with domain controllers. · Skills in information technologies.
